Show Notes

Danielle and Sari are joined by Kimberly Robinson, Grade 2 Teacher at Literacy Leadership Technology Academy, in Florida. Kimberly discusses transitioning to remote learning, and how a support community is crucial for this work. As an extrovert, she thrives by reaching out and staying connected, and most importantly, being mindful. Kimberly is taking it one day at a time and sets bite-sized goals for herself and her students. Kimberly also stresses the importance of self-care and how critical it is to find uninterrupted time for yourself every single day. Lastly, Kimberly shares best practices for connecting with students who are not as easy to reach during this time.
